Website use
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, operation or other visitors. Content is provided for general event information and may change.
Invitation requests
Submitting the registration form is a request for an invitation, not an admission ticket or approval. Provide accurate information. Duplicate or misleading requests may be declined.
Approval and access
Mingle reviews requests at its discretion. Only guests who receive a separate confirmation are approved. Event access may be subject to identity verification and venue rules. Mingle reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests where lawful and appropriate.
Event changes and cancellation
Event details, including date, time, venue and format, may change. Confirmed guests will be informed of material updates when practicable. An event may be postponed or cancelled.
Photography and video
Photography or video may take place at an event. Specific notices and any required permissions should be provided at the venue. Contact the event team if you have concerns.
Intellectual property
Mingle branding, website design and content remain the property of their respective owners. Sponsor names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply ownership of Mingle.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Mingle is not responsible for losses arising from website interruptions, event changes or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your consent to sponsor communications is collected during registration. Please read the Privacy Policy for more information about data use, choices and contact requests.
Independent event
Mingle is independently organized around Affiliate Grand Slam Rome and is not represented as an official Affiliate Grand Slam event.
